How counselling can help

Counselling supports your ability to work and your mental wellbeing – it helps you find balance, cope with burnout or anxiety, and prepare to return to work or stay in it.

How counselling works

A referral for counselling is based on a decision by the Unemployment Fund. Once you've been referred, arrange a suitable time with Heaolu Keskus – counselling takes place both in person in central Tallinn and online.
